Unable to download Backups error 403

Hi All, I have created a backup of my site then when I click on "download" it says to me that I do not have permission to access the server.

I don't want to CHmod the etc/tmp directory to 777 because that owuld mean anybody can then view all the files in etc/tmp

How do I get round this?

You can't download from panel had been disabled for security reason, you should use FTP for that.

Ahh I see. That's great no problems.

I don't have knowledge of coding, is there anything I can do contribute to sentora? (other than money, ahve made £0 so far lol)
