Problem with X billing

Tried installing x billing today and apparently it's installed. Activated it in admin modules and downloaded the front end. Uploaded the front end to a sub domain but only get blank pages.
Also, where do i get a api key from?

Download the front-end config file, open put your configs and upload in your front-end page directory.
The api is inside the config file.

Ohh....Nelson....there is no config file. When I try to download it, I just get a blank page.
It goes to a url on my server myip/?module=xbilling&action=FetchConfig

It's not there Nelson. I already mentioned that all I get is a blank page. You just gave me a picture of a control panel with a download link, but I already know that. There is no download. All I get is blank page.

Yawn, i'm tired of this.....I know where the link is i n my control panel, but that only gives me a blank page. There is no config file.

I had the same problem, but this and this post fixed it on my install.. 

(do i need to post this in every post/thread you made about it?)
