Hi I am getting the following error when I try to panel module loading problem to what I do not understand you you help me in this regard

Need more info. What is the URL in the address bar before and after this error. Screen shots could help also.

Ok. What module were you trying to install?

Also, I notice a few things:
1-You are accessing your panel with IP and should be using a subdomain. (minor issue, but could cause problems)
2-'zannounce' should not be showing. It should be 'Warning:' or 'Notice:' or something similar.

I am having the same problem here.. with every module i tried to install.. =[
Where do i enable a debug to determine the exact cause of this error?

Forget it! I discovered what is !
There are uploads and post limits configured in /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini - the limits are too small like 2M ..
The parameters to adjust:
upload_max_filesize
and
post_max_size
Now everything is fine!

There are running with ridiculous values...
