I need to edit php.ini but I could not find a link to php.ini
I was looked for, but does not exist
Please help me !

That's an error for 'nano', not the php.ini.
Use vi.
The php.ini is in /etc:

install nano package

sudo apt-get install nano

(ubuntu)

On centos:

sudo yum install nano -y
