Hey,

I have changed var's in my /etc/php.ini and rebooted httpd however the changes are not showing why?

Which var's did you change? You have some overrides some time in .htaccess or apache it self.

If there is a # in front of the values that you changed, this could be part of the reason as well. Simply remove the #

Note: # is used to comment something out of the script without physically removing it.
