issues with mail

Hello,

I have just installed sentora on a vps, from main zadmin area i created a new administration account, all is good, the only problem is that when i try to login to webmail (roundcube) from that administration account no user/pass is accepted, i tried everything i had, root...username...user pass...roundcube pass...etc...

Any idea?
