Change php root for users

Hi all,
I have two questions.
1- When i use this php code :
dirname(__FILE__);
This shows root path to the users !
How i can config php to only show root of their acc and also looks there for loading their files.

2- Sentora core used 700 MiB of my vps ram is it normal ? is it possible to decrease this ?

1. What's the issue here ? The users can't access any files outside of their account, you can try and see. Openbasedir is jailing it so?

2. Ram use depend on your server load. You can remove some modules from apache and check MySQL load. You can disable dovecot or bind if you don't use IMAP & DNS server.
