Email wont send due to blacklist ip
Hi, i can receive email but not send. i have checked the ip and it is blacklisted, i read something about spf but im not sure sure what it is or how to tackle it. Any help please

1. If you blacklisted, you need to request black list removal.

2. You need to identify why you got blacklisted, you never got blacklisted because you don't have SPF! Mainly because your server is sending SPAM! you can have some scripts there or accounts with weak passwords hacked.

3. Then think about SPF/DKIM that mainly will improve server reputation but nerver save your from blacklisting.

Hi thanks for your reply, this is a new installation of sentora, ive never used it before. Only just got internet installed so im not really sure how to proceed. I only just found out the ip was blacklisted using an online search after reading a post on this forum.

Then ip may be it was used for spam. So all you need is requesting black list removal.

Each blacklist have usually a form for that. Few none and will auto remove.
