SUHOSIN did not get installed, it needs to show up in  your php -v output...

Like this:

Code:
PHP 5.6.30 (cli) (built: Jan 19 2017 07:57:06)

Zend Engine v2.6.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2016 Zend Technologies

with Suhosin v0.9.38, Copyright (c) 2007-2015, by SektionEins GmbH
