To create the DB's we use:

And it's tied with Mysql_user
The problem lies there. As it will require having the root to manage the db server currently, while you cannot do that with AWS RDS as you will need to rewrite the module to use AWS RDS.
The idea is intersting but we can't do that currently, the solution is wrapping amazon AWS & you will need to store somewhere the token you use to attack amazon RDS.
