Why do you want to relay all emails thru mandrill? Postfix works fine.
If you want to route all emails thru external SMTP, you will need to dig manually in postfix config (main.cf under /etc/sentora/configs/postfix ).
I don't get why you would do that!

Because it takes up resources? and we send like 900 emails per day?
