DNS started but not listening

DNS started but not listening
Hi all,
I'm having a problem with DNS/Bind9. I just installed Sentora on Ubuntu 14.04. Everything was working fine except for the DNS. I have not even touched the config file since I didn't see anything wrong with it(listening only on local, etc). I have ufw installed with port 53 forwarded(TCP & UDP) and no external firewall from my VPS provider. I have used named-checkconf with no errors listed. In fact, it is not even starting with service bind9 start. No errors are listed but named/bin9 is not listed in htop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have tried without success. However, I did notice that the bind9 init.d script is empty. Is this normal or can I get the script from somewhere?
