FTP accounts Permission problem

[Not Solved] FTP accounts Permission problem
I created user ftp account with full access however when he tries to change a file permission shows this :
Code:
Response:    550 CHMOD 755 filename: Operation not permitted
This happened after client put cloudflare name servers on his domain.
I tried to use as host another domain which is pointed to my server and has no cloudflare also but did not work and again said permission error like at code above.
Anyone can help me ?

How did you make the FTP account? Did you use the FTP Accounts module inside Sentora?

Problem is not at https because i can connect using a domain with no cloudflare to but for that user the ftp accounts have no permissions.
