Same problem. I have 1 more problem that is Service uses Sentora to manage, today in nature do not see the domain, database, source code is not. (running 30 websites on the service).
The website is still working normally, but in the file manager, there is no source code at all. Do not know what else, now need to edit. Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

Maybe you did not set ftp account up correctly. You should set it to web root and you will then see your web site files.
