1.0.4 release

RE: 1.0.4 release
Sounds good to me. I will try and make sure all fixes have been made to that branch. I have started comparing the 1.0.3-bugfixes with the master to ensure all updates have been made.

RE: 1.0.4 release
ok we will freeze the current master for quick release.

Changes I will add. Renaming the
https://github.com/MBlagui/sentora-core/...cnf/db.php

to db.php.dist as this file will be moved to install package. I will update the package for this.

I will explain later why this change is important.

We should run tests and check everythink is fine.

RE: 1.0.4 release
I also have one more major bug fix to update on the master. https://github.com/sentora/sentora-core/issues/301
Never mind, it is already implemented: https://github.com/sentora/sentora-core/...2ce0328ce0

My aim also is to make small changes in core so dev will be easier. May be later adding a docker stack too.

Thanks! Me.B was working on finishing touches to the installer last I knew. Once done we will need to test it a couple times to make sure everything installs properly.
