I'm having the same issue..

Daemon is now running...
START Apache Config Hook.
Apache Admin module ENABLED...
Apache Config has NOT changed...nothing to do.
END Apache Config Hook.

START DNS Manager Hook
DNS Manager module ENABLED...
DNS Records have not changed...nothing to do.
END DNS Manager Hook.

START MySQL Databases hook
Calculating the total size of all MySQL databases....

it seems to get stuck on the database one.  Mine stopped processing end of may..

database hooks.. calculateing datbase size?   Can i comment this out or something?  Is it possible there is database corruption or a time out issue??

I wasn't able to find the log as such.. but i looked at mysql log.. and i can see.. the following:
Unknown database try 3 times..

it looks like it's looking for an account that was deleted back in may.. when the cron job stopped running.. I'm guessing the database wasn't deleted properly when the account was deleted..  I'm post how i fixed this if i'm able too....

The error i found originally which clued me in to the problem was actually found in the php_errors log..  as i ran the script from within the control panel..

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[42000] [1049] Unknown database

anyway to fix it i ended up just deleting the entry from zpanelcore / mysql-database..

then re-ran the cron manually...

And it is working again yay..   It looks like if you delete an account in older version it is broken a bit.. doesn't work right sometimes.. I should probably upgrade..

Hope this helps someone else..

Thanks all!
