ssh and mysql
First of all,
How do I connect to ssh using windows? The basic question here is what's the IP, username and password?(The same ones that I'm using in order to login to sentora?) -i'm using putty, windows user here.

Also, how do I connect my app to the DB? (what's the IP here? - i already configured my username/password,imported the DB using phpmyadmin)
I tried using localhost, the server's IP, and the IP that I'm using in order to connect to FTP. I got nothing.

also, just out of curiosity, is it possible to update composer/laravel? the app that I created for study is based on laravel.

Thank you!

RE: ssh and mysql
Putty will let you connect via SSH but you need to setup a user on the server.
I'm not sure how you access your server now, but if you have command line access this doc should help you out: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SSH/Op...onfiguring
I used the same one to set SSH up on my server Wink

If your 'app' or script is on the same server, the database should be localhost. If you are able to log into phpmyadmin with the same credentials you use for your script, it should be working just fine.

No idea about laravel/composer Sad
