Hi ...
I'm trying to send and receive emails... The Reception is working correctly, however the emails sent do not reach the recipient. How I can check for an error?

Are you sending to internal or external recepient?

Di you try different email targets? Hotmail? gmail?

1. Check dns setup using : intodns.com

2. ensure that reverse DNS for server ip is setup.

3. ensure you are not black listed using www.mxtoolbox.com

4. check postfix error logs and queue to understand if the email got rejected.

Could you tell me some procedure to do?
I generated the DNS for my domain, but these are not reflected on the screen intoDNS.

I tried to change my DNS provider but I get the following message:
ERROR - {ns2=NameServer ns2.metalogica.in is not a valid Nameserver, ns1=NameServer ns1.metalogica.in is not a valid Nameserver}

In DNS Manager I receive the following message:
DNS Status for domain: metalogica.in
Your DNS zone has been loaded without errors.
Please note that changes to your zone records can take up to 24 hours before they become 'live'.

Output of DNS zone checker:
zone metalogica.in/IN: loaded serial 2014091630 OK

Are you using registrar DNS servers or zpanel?

How did you configure your domaine name?

If you set it to use your registrar dns then you must add dns entries there. This is likely the case!

I said before IF YOU USE your registrar use their DNS configuration in their management tool NOT in zpanel and I see you have your registrar DNS servers here:

ns1.interplanet.com.mx. ['184.172.36.74'] (NO GLUE) [TTL=86400]
ns2.interplanet.com.mx. ['173.192.163.210'] (NO GLUE) [TTL=86400]
ns3.interplanet.com.mx. ['192.237.233.73'] (NO GLUE) [TTL=86400]

The records are the seller of the domain did, but when I try to change the DNS records generated by Sentora I get an error message that says:

The DNS are not valid as you didn't creat a GLUE RECORDS. Please read again the docs and understand setting up a DNS server require minimum knowledge of how it works. Better you stick using your registrar DNS and setup all the entries THERE and it will work fine.

I requested my domain provider to make some changes to records and leave me only an A record for my domain address to the IP and two glue records for ns1.metalogica.in and ns2.metalogica.in.
