Im using both so simlply the difference is:

CWP = Massive features, that is the problem also new users will get confuse, heavy in resources, heavly developed

Sentora = Simple , easy to maintain , lightweight in resources

If you would compare you may think Webmin VS centos web panel.

Sentora is more focused on hosting and managing sub users/clients a different area.

I liked CentOS Web Panel, but they panel have a lot of options and is "slow" to respond requests.
In my opinion, a Sentora the level of the comparison would be against VestaCP or ISPConfig.
