i have a vps which is running in particular IP. no nameserver is available for this VPS that i am running. In this case how can i add domain to my VPS server?? while registering domain name what information should i provide so that the newly register domain point to my sentora VPS and make domain name alive?

You should setup the domain on nameservers, those can be your registrar/ VPS provider.
You need to point your domain to server IP. Take time to read docs and google more about hosting management as seem you are a total roockie here while you need already some serious system admin skills. M B
