Did you wipe the server?

Did this mean you installed before without sudo?

first on my KVM vps with a clean minimal centos 7
sentora installed as root. again on a clean vps with sudo. both methods gave the same dns errors.

Tried the same thing on a OpenVZ here also came the same dns errors

have checked "Path to the root directory where BIND is installed." /etc/named/ the folder is emty!

VPS provider? This may happen with some locked down vps templates...

Edit /etc/named.conf

Insert the following line below dnssec-lookaside auto;

managed-keys-directory "/var/named/dynamic";

Restart bind using service named restart

The error will be gone.
