found the problem...
adding
if (!spl_autoload_functions() OR (!in_array('PHPMailerAutoload', spl_autoload_functions()))) {
require_once('PHPMailerAutoload.php');
}
to file /etc/sentora/panel/etc/lib/PHPMailer/class.phpmailer.php
That fixed the problem....
