They should be owned by apache:apache or httpd:httpd and 755 permissions (modules and themes)
(Same as all of the files and folders inside the /etc/sentora/panel/ folder.)

Is the logo file in the folder? /etc/sentora/panel/modules/senbrand/branding_logo/senbrand_logo.xxx

What happens when you put the address to the image directly in the address bar?
