Upgrade to ubuntu 14 from Ubuntu 12 with sentora panel installed is not supported yet and that's why you have issues as apache change. And suhosin security is broken.

This is not supported yet.

We are currently in beta for ubuntu 14/12 direct install and don't support OS upgrade post install.
