Alternative to xbilling?

I have the same problem and understand the fix.........but being a newbie I can't access the sentora folder.
I ssh and login as root and I get access to the /etc but then when I cd /sentora it will not proceed:

ubuntu@cloudhost:~$ sudo -i
root@cloudhost:~# cd /etc
root@cloudhost:/etc# cd /sentora
-bash: cd: /sentora: No such file or directory

Do I have to change permissions for sentora folder?

cd sentora

not "cd /sentora" as it is in /etc/sentora
