RE: Starting httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fqdn
What is the hostname you setup with your server?

It's a warning error only here as your server still works fine no?

RE: Starting httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fqdn
Go open your /etc/zpanel/configs/apache/HTTPD.CONF and add the following after "Alias /zpanel /etc/zpanel/panel"
Code:
Servername localhost

save it and restart your Apache service and see if the warning dosn't appear.
