Backup to a external FTP

Is there any way to create a backup and get the back up system to send the backup zip file to an external FTP Account like cPanel can?

you can but not using sentora. You can create a cron that would handle it.

If you use wordpress you can directly use plugins like updraft.

I usually use bash cron to rsync files over ftp.
